COCONUT MILK CHILI CHICKEN SOUP

Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 bigger onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 smaller red bell pepper
- 1 chicken breast
- half lemon
- 1 Tbsp oregano
- 2 tsp chili
- salt, peper
- 1L water + 1 bouillon cube or 1 L chicken broth
- 200 ml of coconut milk
In a larger larger, heat the butter and discard the chopped onions, garlic and red bell pepper. After a few minutes of toasting add the oregano, chilli, salt, pepper, put the choped chicken breast and pour it into the base (or water). Cover it and cook for 25-30 minutes. After 25-30 minutes peel the lemon peel, add half the lemon juice and coconut milk. Mix and boil for one last and it's ready.
