Ingerdients:

MEAT:

- 500 g Beef mince

- 250g choped bacon

- salt, pepper, basil, oregano

BREAD ROLL:

- 17,5 dkg of flour

- 1,25 dl of milk (+ 2 tablespoons for the meal)

- 13g of yeast

- 1,25 dkg of melted butter

- 1 tsp of sugar

- 1 Tbsp of salt

OTHER:

- cheese

- lettuce

- pikles

- onion

- tomato

- ketchup

- fried sweet potato :)

BREAD ROLL:

Soak the milk, then add the sugar to the half and crumble the yeast. Then cover it and run it in a few minutes. Mix the remaining milk with the melted butter and add the yeast.

The flour is mixed with salt and sieved into the yeast milk. Let us knead the dough in a few minutes.

Make 4 small balls from the though and shape them to bread rolls.

Put the bread rolls on the pan. Mix the milk and the egg-yolk and then lubricate it thoroughly with it and sprinkle with seeds.

Leave to stand for 30 minutes at room temperature while heating the oven to 200 degrees for lower-baking, 160 degrees for air mixing.

Put it in a preheated oven, then bake it in red for 20-25 minutes. Leave it out of the oven for a few minutes in the baking tray, then place it on a grid and cool it completely.

MEAT:

First fry the chopped bacon. When its ready take away and wait for a few minutes to get it colder. Mix the 500 g Beef mince, the herbs (salt, pepper, basil, oregano) and the bacon in a big bowl and put it in the fridge for a 20 minutes.

Shape 4-6 hamburger meat and fried in a pan with little oil in it.

Add anything in the burger that you want or like.

Serve with lettuce or fries or fried sweet potatoes.
