COCONUTBALL

Ingredients:
- 100g desiccated coconut for the "decoration"
- 400g crushed biscuits
- 40cl rum
- 1 cup coffe
- 1cl liquid diabetic sugar / 2-3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp cocoapower
Mix all ingredients together except the desiccated coconut. Make small balls from the dollop and rolling them in the desiccated coconut.
Put it for a 30 minutes into the fridge before we serve it.
