Duck with walnut sauce and gnocchi

Ingerdients:

1-2 duck breast with the fatty skin

salt

pepper

3-4 bigger orange

400g gnocchi


Sauce:

8 dkg grounded walnut

1 glove garlic

pepper

salt

nutmeg

2 Tbsp sour cream

3 Tbsp cream

Slice the oranges and put them in the pan. Notch the fatty skin of the duck, add salt and pepper to both side of the duck and lay them on the orange slices in the pan. Cover the pan and Put the covered heat-resistant bow in the 180 degree oven and bake for 90-120 minutes. After 60-70 minutes remove the top and continue the backing.


Put the gnocchi in the boiling water and cook it for 10 minutes.


Caramelize the walnut and the garlic on the olive oil, add the sour cream and the heavy cream and all herbs to it and cook it for a 10 minutes on low fire.


By the serving sparkle the gnocchi with the sauce.
