GNOCCHI with ITALIAN CHEESE

Ingredients:
- 200g gnocchi
For the sauce:
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 25g flour
- 300 ml hot milk
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 100 ml cream
- 60g choped mozzarella
- 4 Tbsp grated parmesan
- 100g grated edam
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp source cream
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp thyme
- salt, pepper
Put gnocchi in 2-3 liters of boiling water and cook until soft. It will be ready when the gnocchi is floating on the water.
Sauce:
Heat the butter. Add the flour and stir for half a minute, then pour the hot milk and stir until we get a dense sauce. Add the nutmeg, thyme, salt, pepper, vinegar and cream. After it add the edam, parmesan and mozzarella and also add the mustard and sour cream. Stir until all the cheese melts.
Serving the gnocchi with the cheese sauce.
It is really good with Hungarian white wine. (@garaipince)
