Mustard pork stripes

Ingredients:

600g pork

2 Tbsp mustard

100ml cream

1dl milk

nutmeg

salt

pepper

marjoram



Cut the meat into strips and put it to a wok. Add salt and pepper and sprinkle with a little olive oil. Cook it covered on a middle heat for a 40 minutes. Take off the cover and cook it for a 10-15 minutes with out the top.

Add the mustard, the cream and the herbs and cook it with the top. After a 10 minutes take off the top add the milk and boil it for a 5 minutes.


I think the best side dish is the cooked rice for this meat.
