MEAT:
First we roasted a the chopped chicken in a big pan for a 15-20 minutes and after it is ready we take it aside.
Use the same pan and caramelize the onion and the garlic. Added all herbs, the vinegar, the brown sugar and the beer and boil it.
Put the chicken to a heat-resistant bowl, pour off it with the beery-juice.
Put the covered heat-resistant bow in the 150 degree oven and bake for 90 minutes.
SAUCE:
Put all ingredients in a shredder and mix them all. Put the ready sauce in the fridge until the meat is ready.
TORTILLA:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Let rest for 30 minutes.
Divide dough into small portions. On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion into a pancake. In a large skillet coated with cooking spray, cook tortillas over medium heat for 1 minute on each side or until lightly browned. Keep warm.
