TOAST WITH EXTRAS (bread dinner)

Ingredients (for 2):
- a loaf bread or 2 bigger rustic baguette
- 400g choped bacon
- 200g grated edam
- 400g sliced mozzarella
Sauce:
- 1 Tbsp cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp creamy goat cheese
- 1 Tbsp tabasco sauce or hot chili ketchup
- 1 Tbsp sour cream
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- 1-2 tsp oregano
- salt, pepper
- 1-2 tsp prasley
- 1-2 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 clove of garlic
1, Fry the chopped bacon
2, Cut bread or baguette in half length
3, Mix all ingredients of the sauce
4, Lubricate the bread with sauce
5, Put the fired bacon on the bread, after that add the sliced mozzarella and sprinkle with the grated edam
6, Put the breads / baguettes in the 180 degree oven and bake for 15-20 minutes
