Ingerdients:

35 dkg biscuits

25 dkg of chocolate

20 dkg butter

15 dkg of sugar

15 dkg mixed dried fruit (eg black cherry, cranberry, candied orange)

25 dkg oil seeds mixed (eg almonds, pistachios, walnuts)

½ dl whiskey

pinch of salt

1 tsp of cinnamon

1 tsp clove

powdered sugar for rotation

In a saucepan, thaw the butter, chocolate and sugar on a small flame and mix thoroughly. Seeds with a robot or a sharp knife gently, just to crush and add the chocolate base. We do the same with the dried fruits and then wrap the biscuit. Mix the spices in the whisky, add it and mix it thoroughly.

When the mix is ready, pack it into a foil and start to form a salami. Make sure that the mass does not cool completely or, if it does not, add some liquid. If the basic formatting has been done in the foil, move it all over to the aluminum foil and roll it up until it stops. Wrap the end and put it in the fridge for a few hours or even an entire night.

After unpacking, sprinkle the shaped chocolate salami in powdered sugar.
